Hello, my name is Sandra. I live in the Netherlands, where I studied Chinese at Leiden University from 1986 to 1993, graduating with an MA in Chinese Languages and Cultures. I did not go on to research professionally, but I enjoy researching ancient Chinese culture through objects. Occasionally, I buy an object representing something of a cultural-historical background that interests me and then try to find out more about it.
